So far, from what I've been hearing, the people of Haven don't trust outsiders, because outsiders have been causing a lot of trouble. Like...a lot. Haven's barely a year old.
There are bands of marauders that roam outside of town and attack anyone they come across. Why, I don't know. That's usually about when people notice I'm listening in and they head off to talk elsewhere.
