So, now that I have my new sewing machine set up, I'm here to let you all know that I'd love to start making custom clothing again. I've been doing this since I was fourteen years old and a student at Auradon Prep, taking orders from my dorm room for cotillion, school dances, formal events and even day to day wear. It was lucrative enough that I could buy my first home when I graduated.

And I miss having that business. I love what I do at Sun and Fun Photography, and I've been making clothes for my sister and I, but I'd like to extend that offer to everyone else.

So, if you'd like something custom made, please don't hesitate to reach out to me. I'd love to make something for you.

[Gansey reads over the text and a few possibilities come to mind. Most of them are dismissed immediately. Now that he's far from D.C., he doesn't need a suit or the formal attire that was part of his presence at political events. The other possibilities will have to wait until they have more disposable income at the Barns.

Are accessories something that you also create?

Depends on the accessory. Belts. Hats. Shoes, I can do those. If it's not jewelry I'm good. My friend Dizzy was the jeweler back home.

Not to worry. My friend wouldn't accept a gift that was jewelry.

[Gansey isn't certain what exactly the subject of the lecture would be but jewelry would definitely earn a lecture.]

Would you be able to make a pair of fingerless gloves?

I would love to. That sounds like fun. Is this a surprise for your friend?

You really are so incredible, Evie, I'm more and more amazed by you every day!

I'm glad that it's a project that would interest you. I have a feeling that it'd be difficult to find something off the shelf that she'd like.

I was hoping to save them for a Christmas present to remind her of home.

She had a pair of them that she wore in the fall, but they weren't warm.

Her fashion sense is unique, so I was hoping to get her something that was unusual but still kept her from freezing if wherever we are in December is cold.

Someone with a unique fashion sense, hmm? Sounds like a couple of friends of mine. Never afraid to use their clothes to show the world exactly who they were. That absolutely sounds like my kind of people.

Okay. We should meet and talk about this some day soon. I work at Sun and Fun Photography as Anne's assistant. This weekend I have Sunday off. Next week, I have Tuesday. And I'm usually free after dinner. We can meet at my castle. Just let me know when.

[Unique isn't how Ronan would describe it, or even possibly Blue, but it's the best that Gansey can think of without elaborating on some of the outfits that Blue creates for herself.]

I never thought of it that way with Blue, but that might be why she wears such unusual things.

[Remembering how Malory had reacted to his friend's name, he quickly adds:]

Blue is her name. She's very eclectic in the things that she does.

Sunday might be difficult. I'm not sure who has goat watching duties that day. Tuesday would work, if you don't mind meeting in the afternoon. I have a shift at the library until 1.

There's a castle in the city?

Can you do jackets? Something with a lot of pockets to put different things into?

Maybe we can work together on a piece or two? I have a couple of ideas that need a little something more, but I can't figure out what. A pair of fresh eyes might help

I've been busy exploring near Weschester Enterprises and near where I live that I hadn't realized that there's castles here.

I will say it any time you need me to. I'll try to show it everyday, too, because I think my sister deserves the world.

Actually, surprisingly and coincidentally, she contacted me for help with something. I said yes. This is the perfect opportunity to get a good idea of what kind of gloves she'll need. I've been doing this for years, and can eyeball a size with amazing accuracy.

That's awesome! Well, I'm sure this won't be the first thing I buy from you. I'll probably have some more ideas later on.

Do you think you could make other things besides clothes? More like...accessories?
