[ People might find it odd that Evie's texting. She usually has no issue with being seen. But right now, she's hurting, and she needs the space to be upset. ]

Snow White, my delightful and wonderful sister, has gone home, and I think Alice has, too. Snow didn't come down for breakfast this morning and her name is no longer in the Fluxphone directory. Neither is Alice, I'm afraid. I scrolled through everything very carefully and noted she was missing, too.

For anyone that knew either of them, I'm sorry to give you the news this way.

I certainly hope so. She's going back home to my mother, her step mother. And I know how that turns out, but Snow has to go through something rough before that, and I hate the thought.

Cooking is very grounding for me. It's something to work on while I work through what's going on. I'll be fine. I promise.

[ Evie, any variation of Evie, loves her family deeply. So it hurts to think she might be forgotten. But Bruce helped with what he said and shes' grateful for that. ]

There's a woman in the merchant section who owns an indoor orchard. She has some of the best apple cider. Have you met her yet?
