you know what
that's completely fair
. . .
you've been to other parts of the multiverse?
( and here she thought an alien invasion was the weirdest thing she'd ever see.

thing?
with this guy who wanted his dead family back? so he poked holes through the multiverse, trying to find them, and I fell through one.
0/10 would not recommend, btw. it's the pits.
and then i was on a train traveling through somewhere called the void?
and now i'm here. i've been here since...august? of last year? I think? idk multiverse time is weird, the one place I was in used vegetables and fruit to name their months. in alphabetical order.

not that he should've
obviously he shouldn't have
so how'd he manage to poke holes through the multiverse?
a train carrying people through a void sounds like the plot to an 80s horror movie

But the flaw in dragging someone from one universe to another (present situation excluded and I'll explain why in a minute) is on a molecular level your body is very aware it's in the wrong place and it starts dying trying to get back home.
It is quite painful.
Now, when I was in the wrong universe, that started happening within hours. And with increased frequency.
But I've been here for over half a year, and it hasn't happened once, but I know this isn't my universe at all.
