Anyone know where to get party supplies? If I have a place of my own, I'm going to be getting down with it. And I'm definitely going to be inviting anyone who wants to come do it with me.

[ Yes, this guy is young. Sixteen, to be exact. He's been spending his time at a boarding school, so it's not like he's not used to living away from home, but he is used to living with strict rules. But no more! ]

I do need more of a music collection, though. Anyone willing to share their home music with me?

Try the music store. Listen to what the locals are interested in.

I was warned against the locals. How much stock should I take in that?

I've only been here a week, but that's long enough to say be wary. Some of them like to try to pick pockets and I had at least one of the local teenagers try to start a fight with me because I was too close to one of the water spouts. I was ten feet away.
