The moods come and go. The darkness lingers for a time before my energy seems to return and I feel brighter once more. Sometimes a matter of days, sometimes a matter of months.

Do you like rock climbing? It helps me out. It gives me something else to focus on.

Or, maybe I can teach you how to play the drums? That helps, too. Just like...as a way to get out of my own head when it's stuck in negativity.

I have tried neither of these things. I worry I might harm your drums should I decide to take my aggression out on them.
