Well, as I said. I can't find the source. I get close to it, the sounds get loud, but then they move and I have to track them down again. I've yet to see one single construction worker or cement truck anywhere, and I've been all over Beachville. Twice.
I already checked underground. The sewer system is surprisingly clean. For a sewer system.
It's muffled underground. Above ground is much clearer. Just hard to pinpoint because it keeps moving any time I think I'm getting close. And then it's louder somewhere else entirely.
