He gestures wildly, his jewelry clinking as he does so.)

Hello! I am here, at your service, for anything you might need. But only during office hours. 9-5.

My name is Howl and I can help you with things that other people cannot. Seek me if you need me.

[ That's a teasing tone from Evie, and a tired smile on her face. It's been a long couple of days, Howl, and she's not sure how to handle everything going on. From losing her powers, to the Glitching everyone seems to be going through, Evie is fairly well exausted.

But still friendly. Especially to someone who looks saddened by something. ]
