anyone got any tips on getting to sleep with this whole glitching thing?

i mean i don't sleep great normally but this is like whole new level of sleep deprivation.

Okay. Fair point. It might give you a distraction though. I'd suggest an ice bath but falling asleep in water is dangerous.

Whatever is going on, I hope it doesn't last long.

im pretty sure sleep depravation is used as torture in some places.
