( As the video cuts in it focus on a redhead with the hood of her jacket up and rubbing at her eyes tiredly. Pulling her hands down, she places an elbow on the desk to rest her cheek on it but doesn't look in the camera, instead, her gaze is elsewhere, likely out a window. )
Can't say waking on on a strange train in an alternate dimension is the strangest thing to happen to me, but it was unexpected. ( Her voice is tired, drawn-out, and has a bit of an accent akin to Slovakian to it. )

What's your dimensional experience?
no subject
Sounds like you've been here a while? What are some of the different dimensions and things you've experienced while being here?
( Switching to private for this part. )
Spent some time living in an alternate reality while still in the reality I'm from.

Is that something like a pocket reality?

[ Diego was forever cutting to the chase. Not that he minded a little chase or else why respond to her broadcast. Always vigilant, he waited to see what her answer was.
He wasnβt wearing his eye mask but dressed in black as he had damn near every day since leaving The Umbrella Academy. His haircut was low where a scar could be easily seen on the side of his head and he also had a light scruff of facial hair that deterred anyone from finding him completely clean cut. ]

Mostly tired of the silence in my apartment and starting conversations with strangers isn't exactly my strong point.
( After returning from the snap to deal with the aftermath and then the Westview Anomaly, Wanda's a bit weirder around people now.
She finally looks down at the device, offering a small sad smile. )
Are you always offering to help people out?
no subject
Yes.
[ Often not offering and just stepping in but he didnβt feel right about the conversation being focused on him. With genuine concern, he asked again if she needed any help. ]
So is there something I can help you with?
no subject
( I don't think anyone can help me, is what he wants to say, but she can't put that kind of emotional baggage onto someone she just met. She's trying her best not to be a complete miserable wreck, it's just hard pulling herself out of her head when she's been alone with it for the past several days. )
Can you share what you've experienced since you've been here? Have you been here long?
Is there anything to do other than sit around in my apartment? Haven't had the chance to go exploring the place, but I also haven't been too motivated to do it either.
( Some kind of firing range to expel some energy and use her abilities would be amazing. )
no subject
[ Diego gave a light shrug. His tastes weren't the average person's. ]
There's lots to do. Depends on what you're into. There's a music store, book store, an entire complex with different types of exercise, training, arcade... there's even an axe throwing range or whatever its called.

If you expected this place above all others, I would question your sanity.

( That voice is enough to pull her attention away from the window, her eyes widening and brows raising in mild surprise. While they haven't met before, Wanda knows that voice from footage Tony had.
His remark manages to get a small, possibly sarcastic, laugh from her. )
I'm already questioning my own sanity, but stranger things have happened to me lately.
( Her eyes shift to the coffee cup before sliding back to him. )
Is the coffee any good?
no subject
To us all, I imagine. [He looks over to his cup, thoughtful, then shakes his head.] No, but it may be the best we can hope to find in this place. It's a coffee shop owned by someone who may be familiar to you, one who feels the need to slap his name on everything: Starkbucks.
no subject
( She doesn't know if she wants to groan or laugh that he named the place Starkbucks. A small bit of grief begins to swell, but she pushes it aside. )
It's Tony, can you really expect anything less of him? I'm surprised he didn't try naming the town after him.
How long have you been stuck here?
( Wanda's surprised that someone like Loki managed to get sucked into a place like this and hasn't been able to leave. It doesn't give her much hope since she wondered what extent of her abilities would work here. )
no subject
( Tony would be more likely to take credit for improving their lots in life. )
A month, give or take. I don't make a habit of counting days, though 'stuck' is a bit dramatic. I haven't really tried to escape.

[ He wants to ask, because what is considered strange for her if not this? But the fatigue in her voice has him hesitating for a moment. ]
...you okay? Do you need any help or anything?
no subject
( Wanda regrets not pulling herself together better before addressing everyone, but she tries to put on a better face for Miles. )
Sorry, it's been a long and tiring month. Being here has me missing my family a little more than normal.
( That was the easiest way to put it. )
Have you been here long?
no subject
Which is why he doesn't mind chatting with her. Even something a little distracting can help sometimes. ]
I guess you could say that...maybe almost a year, I think?

god, she really hopes Clint is excluded from this set. )
Not many people can say that.
( but they can.
a beat. )
Where are you?
( no point in beating around the bush. especially with how Wanda looks and sounds. )
no subject
( Wanda's heart drops into her stomach, she has a hard time believing the face and voice she sees on the other end of the device. Her eyes widen just enough that she looks like she might have seen a ghost, but it can also be disguised as a shock at seeing Natasha here.
This place just got even crueler than she initially thought. She has to look away from the device for a second, sucking in a deep breath before looking back at Natasha.
Her voice surprisingly even for the turbulent emotions building within her. )
Honeywell Arms North, the apartment they assigned me.
Can we meet somewhere? I could use some fresh air.
( She doesn't know how she's going to hold it together, but she hopes that walking to a meeting place will give Wanda time to collect herself. )
no subject
which only adds to the list of questions she's already had since arriving here.
but Natasha isn't doing this right now. not here. not like this. )
Of course. If you're in the mood for coffee, or maybe tea if they have, there's apparently a place called Starkbucks.
( goddamn it, Tony. seriously. )
I can meet you there in five.

( Where does she even start with telling him what the strangest thing is... The ones she wants to pick aren't something she can say in an open channel given the suspicion she has with some of her teammates being here, but she can start with some of the easier ones. )
There is an extraterrestrial anthropomorphic duck in my universe. A real, sentient, talking, alien man-duck.
no subject
[ Jayne looks very very skeptical now. ]
That can't be a real thing. You're pulling my leg.

I didn't expect to find myself here either, so at least you aren't alone in that. Are you all right? Is there anything that you might need?
[ Diana wouldn't hesitate to bring food or supplies if Wanda needs either of those things. ]
no subject
( Now she's really regretting not pulling herself together better before getting on the network. She gives a soft, sad laugh before steepling her fingers together. )
I didn't realize I looked like such a mess, making people worry about me wasn't my intention, but I appreciate your kindness. It has been a long few months and being here broke me a little.
Sure it's happened to a lot of people here, finding themselves in a strange place. Missing home and my family mostly. Being alone in my apartment with myself hasn't helped.
( Be proud Diana, you're the first person she didn't avoid answering. )
