[Jake had a lot of questions, and it was like a blast from the past to suddenly be around other people, to have a phone and wi-fi and all of the things that came with living in a town. No longer would he be huddled around a campfire in-between the Entity's calls. Maybe.]

Is this place really outside of the Entity's realm?

Has anyone here even HEARD of the Entity?

[Please, tell him he was safe. Tell him there would be no more running and torture, death and dying.]

I hope you're able to relax some here then. At least as much as anyone can.

Not everyone's into the whole research thing. Nothing wrong with that.

I'm going to do my best to relax.

[But who knew how much he'd actually be able to succeed.]

I'd say I'm more a man of action, but I just wanted to be left alone before the Entity snapped me up.

I've had varying degrees of success with relaxing myself.

I'm sorry. Kinda sucks that you just got snapped up by something again. Though it sounds like this is at least some amount better than the Entity.

Too bad this place doesn't seem to have any forests. Nature's always relaxing.

At this point, I'm thinking of ending up here as a rescue more than anything.
