Well, I met Jerry. He told me a little bit, about the ski resort and where I would be living and all that.

He's a good guy. A little intense at times, without saying anything, but he's dealing with a lot in terms of people just showing up.

If you're polite to him, he gives you cookies or a box of your favorite junk foods.
