[ The feed clicks on to show the familiar scene of the nice long wide beach. Beautiful blue waters, nice weather, and a very steady image. Then it flips over to show the man holding it: one Bruce Wayne, dressed in his business suit. Though, many people may not him. He's already gathered most of this beach has barely heard of Wayne Enterprises, let alone "The Bat." ]

I can't remember the last time I was on a beach this gorgeous without any company. [ The nice smile, the persona of Bruce Wayne. ] Bruce Wayne. Although, I gather most people may not have even heard of that name. I guess you're not famous in every universe, right?

[ Ha, ha. He smirks at his own joke (though, he is already groaning inside). ] I'm looking for some more information on this place. I'll take anything, really. Even if it is just the best place to grab a bite to eat.

The multiverse. [ Despite it all, Bruce doesn't seem... skeptical. More interested than anything. ] Like the parallel universe idea you see in science fiction?

Yeah! Exactly like that-well. Wait. Maybe not exactly like that, but close? I mean I didn't really have much of choice in coming here but like I do know quite a bit about the theory and really if you adjust how you think about singularity and quantum physics then it's really not that far-fetched of a theory.

[ Wait. ]

Well, I mean it's really not now, but even back home it wasn't that insane of idea-I mean if you think about it like [ And insert some ridiculous science fiction babble about the quantum physics and the quantum realm because he's a nerd and this subject is is jam. ]

[ Bruce stays quiet, only simply raising his eyebrows once or twice. Someone is certainly interested in quantum physics. ]

Did any of us really have a choice in coming here? [ A shrug. ] How do you think people just cross the multiverse so easily?

Well... No. I don't think so. [ Peter admits after a moment. ]

But I've been doing a lot of research on it and I have theories-or like... parts of theories but nothing I'm really ready to test. Or share. Still need more research.

[ Dear god. Where are his manners? Sorry Aunt May, wherever you are. ]

Uh, I'm Peter, by the way. Peter Parker.

Well, if you ever need someone to explain those theories to? I'm all ears.

[ Because obviously the world has already changed on him once. Aliens, cities being leveled, now metahumans. Why not parallel dimensions or the multiverse? He'll just have to make sure to tip-toe around carefully. ]

Oh, really? 'Cause I'm always down to talk about quantum physics and pretty much anything science related.

[ He's telling the truth too, he could easily talk in great depth for hours about the latest scientific theories. ]

Uh... I mean it depends on your definition of worrying about it? I mean, I still have to go. My Aunt would kill me if I tried to drop out.

I'm more business orientated, but, I've been to enough fundraisers that I can follow.

[ High class people, Peter. Watch out. ]

So, its a regular functioning city? School, jobs, police force?

[ Can't relate. He went to homecoming once. for like. Two minutes. ]

Uh... Yeah, for the most part- I mean we also have super heroes running around. I mean-Iron man doesn't actually run and he's more top tier-only gets involved if there's a dire emergency-which there hasn't been here, yet. Mr Stark and I are just form the same place-world.

...I'm his intern.

[ That look is enough to make Bruce smirk. ] Sorry, I was in charge of a multi-billion dollar company back home. Family business.

[ Super heroes... well. That's something to be aware of. ] A superhero intern that likes quantum sciences?

That sounds kinda like Mr Stark, actually. He owns the leading company in clean energy and technology advancement, Stark Industries. Or.. he did. Back home.

And I intern for him in R&D. Not the.. super hero stuff.

[ Even though he does that too. ]

I'm surprised he hasn't started it back up yet. [ He raises his eyebrows. So, the guy who runs "starkbucks" is a bigshot business man too. ] Wayne Enterprises. Although I've expanded it from that.

R&D. Quantum psychics must help clean energy advancement.

Well, we haven't really been here all that long and uh there was some stuff that happened back home-namely this guy from another planet decided to try and erase half the population of the universe and I guess he did because Mr Stark's from much further down the timeline than I am and he and the other avengers set things right by bringing everyone back and now I think he just wants to enjoy life for a bit. Which is a mood, honestly. Can't be mad at that-I mean he did save the entire universe he deserves a nice vacation.

If he's needed he'll probably step back into the role though, Mr Stark seems like a super grumpy and self-centered guy to a lot of people but there's really nothing he wouldn't do to keep people safe.

[ That's a lot of information at once, but, Bruce follows it fairly well. It reminds him of the threat back home - whatever Lex has called from beyond the stars. He'll need to get back home. Diana can't be expected to shoulder all the burden herself. ]

You sound more like a fan than an internet. [ Bruce smirks, but, its obvious he means it in good nature. It's good the kid has a hero to look up to. Heroes aren't met with such well wishes in his world. ] Can't say I've heard of the Avengers.

I am-I have been since like... I was six and Iron-Man has always been favorite Avenger and the fact I know him in real life and we're like really close is a whole entire dream come true.

Oh! The Avengers are uh regarded as Earth's mightiest heroes type thing. Right now, Mr Stark-uh Iron Man is the only one around. Well, and Spider-Man. [ Because he's an Avenger too, thank you very much. ]

These Avengers have been around a long time for you then.

[ Well, he hopes Stark doesn't mind being known as Iron Man. Oops. ] Spider-Man.

[ It's okay, Tony loves being known as Iron Man. Peter, however, would prefer to keep his identity under wraps and opts to just ignore that 'Spider-Man' comment because he's definitely not Spider-Man. That's crazy, why would you say that? He's just a high school kid that happens to be really good at chemistry and works for a multi-billionaire. ]

Yeah, ever since the battle of New York-which was uh... six years ago? By my timeline anyway, for Mr Stark it was like ten. But here's hoping the Chitauri don't show up here 'cause I'm not super in the mood for an alien invasion, you know?

That's an interesting name for a superhero. Spider-Man.

[ Honestly, he does think it's a little... obvious. Then again, the Bat is quite literal too (Batman, technically, but most Gothamites call him The Bat). Superman was literal too though. What does he know? ]

I can't say that anyone is ever ready or in the mood of an alien invasion, Peter. [ His tone suggests he isn't. While he may feel the biggest pile of remorse and guilt over Superman's death... well, let's just say he isn't looking forward to what Lex was hinting at. All of this hampers what he was doing back home. ] I don't suppose we know if people are going to know we're missing back home.

Oh, well he uses webs to catch badguys and sticks to stuff so people started calling him Spider-Man. But, there's also Ghost-Spider and uh Spider.. girl.

[ That and he got bit by a radioactive Spider when he was fourteen but that's privileged information that not just anyone is aware of. ]

Uh, no. Not here. I was somewhere else before I was here-called the void trecker express and time wasn't passing back home there so I think there's like a delicate balance because if you put someone back to the exact second you took them from then no one is probably gonna actually notice they left. [ And here he goes, talking about the science and what not behind dimensional travel as he knows it. ]

Webbing. I guess that makes the Spider part of that on the money.

[ Not that it's any different from dressing like a Bat and scaring people. ]

So, we're talking about being disconnected from our times entirely. [ He pauses and shrugs. ] I'm not a scientist but I can follow pretty well.
