If we were still in Wechester City, I'd suggest a New Years Eve party at my place. It would have been a lot easier to manage without a curfew.
But now I'm wondering if it's still possible? Unfortunately, this puts people at risk to run into whatever the guards are watching so vigilantly for, should they want to leave the party once the new year has begun.
And as big as my house is, I don't really have the room for people to stay over, much as I'd love to let people sleep here. But I have one spare bedroom and I'd be more than fine with sleeping on the couch while someone borrowed my room.
But, and I know this is last minute, but what if we all got rooms in the hotel and had a party in one of their ballrooms?
I already checked; it's open to use. No one's booked it for late-night parties for months.
Would anyone be interested? There's also the option to celebrate via video call, but nothing beats interacting face to face, you know?

Can you be at the hotel in two hours? That's when Snow and I are going to start setting up.

For sure, I'll be there! Do we need someone strong to lift things?

I ran into those boys from school you befriended and they asked about you.

Hmm... would you like me to ask the guards about what is outside the walls?[She IS Snow White, if anyone could get someone to spill about what's beyond the walls, it would be her.]
Oh! They came with the move! How wonderful! I still have the lasagna recipe memorized, I should make that for the party! Though that might be a bit heavy for midnight.

Perhaps I could make it a taller lasagna and then there would be much more on the toothpick!

[This definitely looks like it was written by someone who learned how to read at eight years old and hasn't practiced in the past decade or so. What can he say? Give the poor guy an A for effort.]

Let me know if you need any help setting up or getting anything together.

I'd prefer an actual party to video calls.
I could help with decorating or anything else you might need a hand with.

This was just a tad different. This was family that she had and remembered but that was a different her. So this was a little weird.
Still, it's Evie. She's going to smile through it. ]
Same here. I like people, and being around people. A video chat wouldn't work for me.
I'd love more help with decorations. I'm keeping them simple, but elegant. So it won't take long.
