Well, this is terribly annoying.

[ The brunette that appears on the feed looks mildly irritated as she wrinkles her nose, glaring once over her shoulder at the back of what looks like to be Jerry walking away. Huffing, she focuses back on the device in her hand. ]

Usually, when I'm teleporting somewhere, I know where I'm going and how to get back but now it seems like I can't. I've tried several times but I keep popping up in front of your leader who tells me I'm stuck here now which is terribly inconvenient.

Also, what is this about a curfew and guards? What have I stumbled into? Because if I'm in danger now, I do need to know so I can do something about it.

[ Then she pauses, looking off to the side with a bit of a mutter. ]

Which will be a little more difficult without my workshop.

[ She grumbles, looking back at the screen. ]

Fine, I'll figure this out but if anyone sees a silver-haired man walking around with a grumpy look on his face, point him my way? Or a very large man in a wide-brimmed hat claiming to be a Death God. Send him my way too, thank you!

[ Never mind that she doesn't really say where she will be. ]

Introduction; backdated the day before the nightmares started

[The video feed comes on and a petite brunette woman pops up and she looks more than a little put out with her current situation.]

Oh good grief, when I said I might need a vacation, this isn't what I meant. I'm more of a fun in the sun type of girl, winter wonderland is just giving me flashbacks. Ugh.

Avengers Assemble? It's probably too much to hope you guys are here, but if you are, I'd sure like to know how we are going to get out of this one. No Offense to Jerry, but I'm not interested in staying here indefinitely!

I'm so blaming, Hank for this.

Heck if there aren't any Avengers around, are their any superheroes period? Maybe we can work together if there are. Yeah...I'm just gonna sign off for now.

Extra Extra: News Bulletin (open to reactions and threadjacking)

[ At around 7 AM on Wednesday morning, a news bulletin goes out to every single Fluxphone. Much like the alarms of the massive storm that hit Beachville several months back, this alert won't be ignored.

A news icon has popped up on every person screen. Tap it and you'll both read and hear the following;

"This is an alert to the citizens and residents of Driftcrest. The Unseen attacked last night and several members of our community are now gone. Please check on your loved ones."

What follows is a long list of names of people who are missing. Names of store owners and waitresses at favorite restaurants and, disturbingly, the names of friends and family.

"Stay safe, Driftcrest."

The feel of Driftcrest is more subdued than it's ever been, several sops now closed and boarded up. And the statue garden is fuller than ever. You might find someone you know. ]
