Hello, everyone. If we haven't met yet, my name is Bruce Wayne. I've recently been employed at Weschester Enterprises on behalf of Mr. Weschester. Which is unfortunately why I'm having to reach out and contact you all about it.

Mr. Wechester has seen some increasing interest in the building, especially after it appeared to us in Flux. He's sending a formal request, through me, that the activity cease. He feels its interrupting business and frankly, rude. He's only asked me because I'm the only one on the Board that is not native to the area.

So... that puts me in the unique position to directly give his wishes to you. As well as... discuss what interest any of you might have in Wechester Enterprises.

[ He raises his eyebrows, being purposely pointed about that. Giving a hint to those who might be paying more than casual attention. ]

Bring your concerns to me and we'll see what we can work out.

[ private to Eugene Sims ]
Mr. Sims. We haven't met formally until now. You seem to have broken a window - if not several - of Wechester Enterprsies. I've been asked to look into the matter. Mind telling me what happened?

Then what exactly would he call it? I thought most buildings that tall took at least a few months to complete.

[ Her smile shifts to a more genuine one. She's proud of her little radio show, okay. ]

A radio show, and I strive to make sure the truth gets out to the masses.

From what I understand? We're the ones that appeared around his building. Not the other way around.

[ A radio show. Huh.

He wonders if they'll talk about the Bat sooner or later. ]

And what do you define as the truth?

[smudging]

[ Blue isn't sure she believes that -- she remembers there being nothing one day and then a building the next. ]

There wasn't a building when I arrived. This was a beach.

[ She hums in thought for a moment. ] That's hard to say, but I know that I don't think what the natives of this city are telling us is the truth. I think Mr. Wechester knows some of the truth, but he has some kind of interest in keeping it from us.

From our perspective. Theirs is different.

What do you think would be the truth of the city, Miss Blue?

[smudging]

[ She taps her cheek thoughtfully. ] I have a lot of theories, but I think all these things changing are some kind of distraction -- for us, not for the natives. I don't know why, but the fact that we're the only ones who seem to take notice of it makes me suspicious.

[ Blue gives a firm nod. ] More than anything, I think we all would like some transparency about... well, everything. If they don't know how or why we're here, then just tell us that. All this secrecy just breeds suspicion and conspiracy.

Well, from their point of view, they probably don't know how far they can trust us. Though, no one reaching out certainly is causing an issue. Maybe we should of just said we're dumb blind tourists.

[ He knows that if a punch of unknowns showed up in Gotham he'd have them all on surveillance and wired by now. ]
