Hello, everyone. If we haven't met yet, my name is Bruce Wayne. I've recently been employed at Weschester Enterprises on behalf of Mr. Weschester. Which is unfortunately why I'm having to reach out and contact you all about it.

Mr. Wechester has seen some increasing interest in the building, especially after it appeared to us in Flux. He's sending a formal request, through me, that the activity cease. He feels its interrupting business and frankly, rude. He's only asked me because I'm the only one on the Board that is not native to the area.

So... that puts me in the unique position to directly give his wishes to you. As well as... discuss what interest any of you might have in Wechester Enterprises.

[ He raises his eyebrows, being purposely pointed about that. Giving a hint to those who might be paying more than casual attention. ]

Why did you visit London? What was it for?

Business, as usual. My company has contracts overseas. Nothing too special.

Well something MUST have been special or you wouldn't have gone for business, you would have kept it in Gotham.

Sometimes business is just going in and checking up on what they're doing. Making sure everything is on time, that numbers are aligned right. Business isn't always fun.

I didn't say fun, Mr. Wayne, I said special. If there weren't something special about someplace, then everything would be everywhere but it isn't.

Well, special things can be fun. Can't they? [ And, a shrug is given. ] London is a large international city in my time. Though, it probably was in your time too.

They can, but you're the one insisting what you do isn't any fun, so it does beg the question why you insist on doing it.
