It sounds like a perfectly solid alibi to me. "It wasn't me, officer. It was the murderer wearing my face!" and, seeing as there IS a man out there doing just that, what argument would they have?

How perfect is his emulation? Fingerprints? DNA?

Fingerprints are the same. DNA - I don't know. His body was not actual flesh and blood where we came from, but I don't know if coming here would have changed that. He wouldn't have been able to handle the sun before. Here? It's just a major annoyance.

I wager two of them isn't doing him any favors either, is it? That is a distinction, albeit a small one, but still we're at a disadvantage. If a murderer is wearing your face, telling us all that is just what the murderer would do in order to sow discourse.

Perhaps we should ask the both of you to bleed.

He was created during my "I think I will cause problems on purpose" phase, so you'd be right to be suspicious of either of us. I don't know if anything can make you hate yourself more than having to deal with your own bullshit but with more knives.

Anyway, if bleeding is what it takes then I'll happily do it.
